Pileggi on the Square Salon

At Pileggi on the Square Salon, our goal is to provide a thoughtful, professional, and welcoming experience for every guest. The following policies help us maintain a high standard of service while respecting the time and care of our team and clients.

Appointments & Cancellations

We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee. This policy allows our team to best serve all guests.

Salon Services

All salon services are non-refundable.
If you are not fully satisfied with your service, please contact us within 7 days so we may offer a complimentary adjustment with the original stylist. Adjustments are intended to refine the original service, not to change the service entirely.

In-Salon Retail Purchases

Our retail products are professionally selected to support your hair care results at home. Due to hygiene and safety standards, opened or used products cannot be returned. If you have questions about a product, our team is happy to guide you before purchase.

Online Retail Purchases

Online retail products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unopened, unused, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase. Opened or used products are not returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.

Tools, Brushes, Combs & Accessories

Tools, brushes, combs, and accessories are final sale unless defective.
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Approved returns or exchanges may be subject to a restocking fee and must include original packaging and components.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your online order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly with your order number and photos so we can assist you.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment or issued as store credit once items are received and inspected. Refunds may be adjusted to reflect any applicable restocking fees.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due in full at the time of service or purchase. Applicable sales tax will be added as required by law.

Privacy

Client information is used solely for appointment management, order fulfillment, and salon communication, and is handled securely.
