Appointments & Cancellations
We value your time — and ours! To ensure smooth scheduling:
Cancellations or reschedules require at least 24 hours’ notice. Less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service total.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total before future bookings can be made.
A credit card is required to reserve appointments.
We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel due to illness or an unexpected event, please contact us as soon as possible.
Late Arrivals
Running a few minutes behind? Please call or text us. Guests who arrive more than 15 minutes late may need to adjust or reschedule their service out of respect for our next guest’s time.
Redo & Adjustment Policy
Your satisfaction matters. If you’re not in love with your service, please contact us within 7 days so we can make any adjustments necessary. Redo services are complimentary when reported promptly and scheduled with the original stylist.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds on services. Retail products may be exchanged within 14 days if unused or defective.
Payments
We accept cash, major credit cards, and SmartPay. Gratuities are appreciated and may be added to your total or given in cash directly to your stylist.
Children & Guests
To ensure a safe and relaxing experience, only guests receiving services are permitted in the styling area. Children are welcome if they are receiving a service and can safely enjoy their visit.
Professional Environment
We pride ourselves on maintaining a clean, respectful, and inclusive salon. Disruptive or disrespectful behavior toward staff or guests will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to refuse service at any time.
