Retail Product Returns
We accept returns and exchanges on most retail items within 14 days of purchase or delivery, provided they are:
Unopened, unused, and in original packaging
Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Products returned in unacceptable condition may not be eligible for exchange or credit.
If you purchased your item online, please contact us first at connect@pileggisalon.com before returning it. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We’ll gladly replace the item or issue a store credit once the return is received and inspected.
Services
All salon services are non-refundable. However, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you’re not completely happy with your service, please notify us within 7 days so we can make any necessary adjustments. Redo appointments are complimentary and must be scheduled with the original stylist or service provider.
Gift Cards
All gift card sales are final and cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash. Gift cards never expire and can be used toward services or retail products at Pileggi on the Square.
