Our Glow in Full Bloom event wasn’t just a night at the salon—it was a curated experience designed to help our guests look better, feel more confident, and understand their beauty on a deeper level. From the moment guests walked through the door, the energy was undeniable—warm, elevated, and filled with possibility.

As guests arrived, they were welcomed not just into a salon—but into a space grounded in intention. Our philosophy, displayed at the front of the salon, reflects everything we believe in: listening, caring, sustainability, and a true love for hair.

With soft lighting, floral accents, and a thoughtfully designed atmosphere, the salon reflected the essence of spring: renewal, growth, and stepping into your best self. Every detail created an environment where guests could relax, explore, and feel inspired.

What set Glow in Full Bloom apart was the level of intention behind every offering.

We were honored to collaborate with guest expert Melissa Kary Allen, who introduced guests to the power of color analysis and personal styling. Through her insights, attendees discovered how their ideal color palette can transform not only their wardrobe—but also their hair color choices, makeup tones, and overall presence.

Alongside her, makeup artist Niki Brennan brought beauty to life through approachable, real-world techniques. Her focus was simple but impactful: teaching guests how to enhance their natural features with techniques they can recreate at home, making beauty feel effortless and accessible.

Personalized Hair, the Pileggi Way

At the heart of the evening was what we do best—hair, done with intention.

Our stylists Kerianne, Mark, and Shaina spent the evening offering one-on-one consultations with guests, creating a personalized experience that went far beyond a typical salon visit. Each conversation was tailored—covering haircut ideas, current trends, color direction, and practical, everyday styling tips.

Adding to the energy, James and Peter stopped in during the event, connecting with guests and contributing to the collaborative, team-driven atmosphere that defines Pileggi.

These weren’t quick suggestions—they were thoughtful, expert-driven consultations designed to help each guest better understand what works for them and how to achieve it.

A Glimpse Into Wellness

The evening also gave guests a preview of what’s next.

Our new salon assistant, Maddie, shared her passion for scalp and head spa treatments, offering tips and a first look at this upcoming wellness-focused experience. Her enthusiasm brought a fresh and exciting dimension to the night—introducing guests to the idea that great hair starts at the scalp.

It was a subtle but powerful reminder of our continued expansion into beauty + wellness.

Elevated Products & Professional Insight

We were also excited to welcome Annette from NOIR Stockholm, who offered guests a deeper look into the brand’s luxury haircare line.

Through product highlights and expert recommendations, guests were able to learn how to better support their hair at home using high-performance, professional-grade products. Annette’s presence added another layer of education to the evening—bridging the gap between salon results and everyday maintenance.
