Retail Product ReturnsWe accept returns and exchanges on most retail items within 14 days of purchase or delivery, provided they are:
  • Unopened, unused, and in original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Products returned in unacceptable condition may not be eligible for exchange or credit.If you purchased your item online, please contact us at connect@pileggisalon.com before initiating a return.Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the incorrect product.Refunds will be issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected by our team. Once the item is back in our possession  your refund will be processed to the original method of payment.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
We’ll gladly replace the item or issue a store credit once the return is received and inspected.
Services
All salon services are non-refundable.
However, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you’re not completely happy with your service, please notify us within 7 days so we can make any necessary adjustments.
Redo appointments are complimentary and must be scheduled with the original stylist or service provider.
Gift Cards
All gift card sales are final and cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash.
Gift cards never expire and can be used toward services or retail products at Pileggi on the Square.
Online Orders & Exchanges
For items purchased through our website:
  1. Email connect@pileggisalon.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll confirm eligibility and provide instructions for returning your item.
  3. Once your return is received and approved, your exchange or store credit will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Please note: shipping costs are non-refundable.
Ineligible Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
  • Hair brushes, combs, or tools that have been used
  • Opened haircare or styling products
  • Clearance or promotional items
